Platinum Adventures®

 

Platinum Adventures® is our exclusive travel and activities club for customers aged 50+.  Platinum Adventures® provides great opportunities to meet new people, make new friends and enjoy activities such as:

  • Day trips to interesting sights in Chicago and neighboring communities
  • Seminars and demonstrations on interesting and important topics
  • Extended travel to U.S. and foreign destinations (upcoming trips include New York City, New Orleans and the South of France!)

It's easy and FREE to join!  If you are at least 50 years of age with $5,000 in deposits and have an active1 Platinum Preferred® checking account, you are eligible!  Your only expense is the cost of events and trips you attend.

Annual Holiday Open Houses

Join us Friday, December 2nd form 6pm-8pm at our Mokena location for an old-fashioned Christmas tree lighting, led by carols from the Mokena Junior High Chorus.  Come inside to warm up and enjoy home-made treats which we will also serve at each open house:

Friday and Saturday December 2nd and 3rd in Mokena

Friday and Saturday December 9th and 10th in Frankfort

Friday and Saturday December 16th and 17th in New Lenox

 

Saturday, December 17th - Annual Holiday Celebration

Enjoy the Chicago Symphony's wonderful "Welcome Yule" show, followed by a tour of the beautiful downtown holiday lights and a delicious dinner at Lawry's the Prime Rib.  Cost $114.00 per person.  Departure time 1:30 pm from our Frankfort location. EVENT SOLD OUT.

 

Friday, January 13th - Platinum Adventures Game Day - Frankfort Community Room 11:00 am

Bring a friend and join your fellow members (plus meet some new ones) with a day of fun and games.  Prizes will be awarded, and a pizza lunch will be served.  Cost $5.00, RSVP to Judy Filippo.

 

Friday, February 10th - The Pickwick Society Tearoom - 122 Kansas Street, Frankfort 10:45 am

Lunch and a "walk thru time" with Historical Societies of Frankfort, Mokena and New Lenox.  Afterwards you can stroll down the street to the Frankfort Historical Society and enjoy their wonderful treasures from time.  Cost $24.00, RSVP to Judy Filippo.

 

Platinum Adventures® Refer-a-Friend Program

We encourage members to bring a guest along on our trips.  If your guest joins Platinum Adventures® and opens a Platinum Preferred® Account, you get a $50 credit to your account2, and your friend gets a $50 credit to their new account!³

 

 

1Club membership requires Platinum Preferred® Checking Account and $5,000 in deposits.  Customers must be 50 years of age or older to open this account.  An active checking account consists of at least one of the following:  direct deposit, online bill pay, or five (5) or more third party transactions per month.  Fees may reduce earnings.  Minimum to open checking account is $100. 2This offer may be withdrawn at any time.  $50 credits will be deposited 30 days after account opening.  Other restrictions may apply, see a Personal Banker for more information. ³New customer $50 credit may be considered income and may be subject to 1099-INT reporting.  Please see a Personal Banker for complete details.
